TV Ten interviews Jorvan Vieira

The Portuguese Jorvan Vieira, the former coach of the Zamalek team, confirmed that the owners of the white equipment deserved to be crowned the Premier League title last season.

Vieira said, through television statements, that “the league last season was strong”, explaining that “Zamalek was the most organized”.

He added that “the Egyptian League is strong and the competition is difficult between all clubs, explaining that there are many clubs that can compete and winning the title is not guaranteed and the Egyptian player has high quality and can compete”.

The former coach of Zamalek explained that “there are times when some failures occur, and this is normal in football, but when I look at what we have done, I am happy.”

Vieira confirmed that Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi club negotiated with him at the beginning of the season, alongside another team whose name will not be disclosed, but the negotiations stopped for no reason.

Vieira said that the “Egyptian League attracts any coach, explaining that he wants to return to Egypt, but for the sake of an integrated project and not for the sake of obtaining promises that will not be fulfilled in the end”.

He pointed out that his experience with Smouha “was distinctive, but it was not completed, explaining that the Egyptian League is full of distinguished talents, and there are great teams such as Al-Ahly, Zamalek and Al-Ittihad.
